US Free Shipping Offer
Free Shipping on all complete product orders totaling $99.00 or more (excludes tax, shipping, or handling charges) received through Oneida.com.
- Handling fee applied to select items based on weight and/or size.
- Offer valid only for UPS ground deliveries within the contiguous 48 states.
International Shipping
At Oneida, we work hard to make sure that our services are always available to you when you need them. Forces beyond our control sometimes impact us in ways that cause unplanned service changes. As of May 22nd, 2018 we will no longer be shipping internationally.
Our shipping and processing charges are based on the total amount of your purchase. These charges are designed to cover the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have ordered, and delivering them to you and/or the recipients you designate. You will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped. See the tables below for Standard, UPS next day, and UPS second day shipping rates. UP1 & UP2 shipments may require a signature.
Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday (9am to 5pm). All Shipping Estimates are based on business hours. Holiday shipping delays noted below.
All orders placed with promotional shipping cost will be ready to ship from our fulfillment center within 72-96 business hours from time of order. Our fulfillment center will be closed on the following dates to allow associates to enjoy the upcoming holidays with their families. Please allow for a short delay for orders placed on these dates.
Please note that UPS is unable to ship UP1 & UP2 shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses. UPS may not deliver Saturday/Sunday. Please contact our service team to confirm. Oneida reserves the right to assess a shipping & handling fee to large volume and oversized product orders. We reserve the right to decline orders based on the cost to ship.

Can I cancel/modify my order/shipment?
When you place an order at Oneida.com, your order immediately drops into our fulfillment center flow to help ensure your package is delivered within our estimated shipping time frames. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Once your order has been submitted, please refer to our easy return policy.
